Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the booked service.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
Booking Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking.
This will be credited toward your treatment, but is non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.
